Antonio Pierce hires unqualified son as assistant coach
What's going on here?!? Antonio Pierce’s son will join the Raiders as an assistant offensive coach. DeAndre Pierce was a defensive quality control coach at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in 2023. Cal Poly finished 3-8 (1-7 in the conference).

Bill Belichick has a whole coaching tree worth of family members.
Antonio Pierce will either be successful and continue to head coach, or he will not...and him and his staff will get fired. NFL and College Football coaching trees have been a haven for nepotism for a 100 years or more.
