Default Two Mystery Autographs - Non Sports - Help Needed

Hello All,

Have had these two autographs sitting around here for about six months now and am still stumped. I can't find anything about the woman named "Mariana", hoping someone recognizes her. I posted the back of the postcard as well, as it's from Berlin and perhaps that will help as a clue. It was signed in 1934 and came out of an old album of through the mail autographs shortly after the depression, a lot of them were music and entertainment related, some very obscure, some very valuable. The two signed book plates are from the 1980's or 1990's, also likely TTM, and could be anyone ranging from author, actors, singers, to astronauts as they came from a very diverse collection. Thanks for taking the time to read this, and hoping someone may recognize either of them.
Jeff

The only thing I know from researching online is that the Ex Libris things are bookplates. The phrase translates roughly to "from the library of"
