Exhibit Wrestling cards
Why do some have cream colored backs and some have white backs?
The cream colored backs look older, are the white backs reprints? Larry

The white back cards were printed in the 1970's during the last days of the Exhibit company. It is suspected the company moved to a lower quality paper to save on printing costs. The previous standard cream/grey-back cards were a thin photo-stock applied to cardboard backing, while the white-back cards were just a single sheet - therefore much easier and cheaper to produce.
