Default Raw 86-87 Fleer Jordan rookie help

Hi,

So I am more of an autograph guy, but I have a few decent cards in my collection from my card collecting days of 25-30 years ago. This Jordan has been stashed away for many years and I just retrieved it from storage. I have never sent cards in for grading, so I would like to get the boards concensus on its condition and possible grade. Thanks for the help!!

Near Mint. Looks like a small surface dent but mostly sharp and centered, nice card

It's hard to judge based on your pictures. You would have to upload a scan on here and then I'd have a better idea as to what I'm looking at. I am seeing a bit of wear at the bottom right corner (red part). The centering looks pretty decent though.

My heart says 8 but my head says 7. I'd say keep it either way. It is still the iconic non baseball card of the 1980's.

With so many fakes don't even think about selling it until you grade it. That apparent dent in the lower right corner will hurt the grade, unless it's just in the plastic sleeve. If part of the card, that dent could knock it to a 5.

+1

It's so difficult to accurately grade a card WITH a high res scan, it's a futile enterprise with low res pics.

Take a loupe and go over the basketball in the lower right hand corner of the card.

It is 100% real so no reason to do this...

Humor us. This is one of THE MOST faked cards out there. Even people that think their's are real could be in for a rude awakening.
