Not sure what you're asking.
Are you asking why people say "For Sell" rather than "For Sale"? You can blame that on our wonderful education system in this country.

I run a lot of classified advertising and my website gets a lot of hits every day.
Some of the responses I get are appallingly written. Not typos. The poor use of the English language and the spelling are sad comments on the educational system.
