Default Oddball Cubs set

Someone on a Facebook group posted these pics looking for help IDing the set. Any ideas? Ron Kunde never played for the Cubs but he was a BP pitcher.

They look to me like they are handcut off a promo poster, they are very similar to the photos on this 1977-78 Cubs Basketball Team poster. Any idea on the size?

Those pictures look to be exactly the same, but the fonts and size of the printed names are definitely different.
