1945-46 Caramelo Deportivo Set for sale - sold

This is a near complete set missing only card #73 - the short print Reyes.

It includes rookie cards for HOFers Ray Dandridge and Martin Dihigo.

Also included are Ray Brown and Mini Minoso's rookie.

All of these cards were soaked out of an album which resulted on average roughly 50-80% ink loss on the back of the cards. There does not appear to be paper loss, only ink which may have been due to the form of glue that was used back in the 40's.

The fronts, for the most part, look really good and have a Good to EX appearance.

I have attached scans of the big 4 dollar cards front and back. They are a good representation of what the rest look like.

Along with the 98/99 cards comes the front and back pages of the original album. The inside pages could not be salvaged from the soaking.
