Awesome Cobb, AJ. As the owner of the 3 on the bottom, though, I could tell you your 1.5 looks superb even without the comparison.

Great Cobbs. I can't get over how these two cards have nearly IDENTICAL wear on the corners. It's almost like they have traveled the earth together, one atop the other, for 110 years.

It amazes me how a card could get that much corner wear and have no creases. Seriously how is it even possible.

Cards in a stack, wrapped with a rubber band, get handled in stack form for 100 or so years. The corners get rubbed off, but the faces stay intact.

Beautiful Cobbs, by the way!

Sliding around in a cigar (or other) box, drawer, etc might also yield corners like those.

Nice O'Hara Ed. I can't tell from the scan but is it possible that it's an ink
blob from the printing. I've seen them on cards before.

Here's a Bell and chase with a few in the same place.

Thanks, Pat. It is a drop of ink, probably from a fountain pen. Period, but not original to the card.

Nice pickup on the house, KMayUSA6060...

My latest is rather humble by comparison...my first DeLong of one of my favorite pre-war players...

Special thanks to Brian Van Horn for a smooth transaction and for working with me on this purchase...your patience is greatly appreciated...

Happy to add this one. The crease isn't too bothersome for me, and kept the price down.

Default Thanks guys!

Happy to knock one of the highest priced catchers off my list...still waiting to pick up an Irv Lewis T207 at some point. Ironically, both were Boston National players, although Irv never actually played in a major league game.

Two more Evers Chicago Shirt for my growing back run -- beaters for sure and hopefully just placeholders, but great to acquire two of the more difficult front/back combos. Thanks Luke!!

Still need many more, so please email or PM me if you have any you want to sell/trade.

I have seen similar cards like yours.....please don't take offense, but I believe your card is not "correct"

cardboard looks not authentic even at first glance.....unfortunately ....

All Good - The person who sent it to me is a fantastic guy with whom I have bought a bunch of stuff from in the past couple of months. Assuming it is no good, it was without malice. I am no worse for wear. I just got a kick out of the over print.

I was all excited about being able to post on the main page

Very interesting card of Frank Frisch from 1931 from Japan. About the size of a T-206.

Default E-135 blank back

Not sure but from what I understand these are not too common.
