Default Possible Zack Wheat auto - whataya think?

Apparently I've got too much random crap. I was looking through one of my numerous boxes of random crap and came across this card. I have no idea where and when I got it (I assume it came from an OBCer, though). I took a quick peek at ebay auctions and it appears to be genuine, but I'm far from an expert on autos.

Assuming it's genuine, is it worth sending it in to PSA/DNA to be slabbed as authentic? If so, what kind of value would I need to place on it? Obviously the auto is faded and bleeding, and the card has a small centering issue.

Checking out autograph facts it is not near any of those exemplars. Assuming his signature stayed consistent I would say NG.

Looks a little off to me. It could just be a very late in life sig but he usually like to connect the D and the W in his name. I'd pass on it if I was looking to buy.

Looks to me like whoever wrote the name screwed up on the W and smudged it to cover that fact.

Gentlemen, thanks for the replies - much appreciated. If I ever get around to checking wantlists, I'll be passing this on to an appreciative OBCer (while making sure the recipient knows it's not legit).
