Default I know caramel cards are hot, but.....

how do you explain this one? I have owned 3 green background cards of this player so I know it is not rare within the set. I also bought an orange one on ebay in near ex for about $40 two months ago. Amazing....

I had bid on this one several times and was outbid at about 30 bucks. I thought about going as high as 40 with this card, but even if I had it would'nt have mattered anyway. 2003 was the year for N172's and it appears that 2004 is shaping up to be the year for caramels!

The caramel issues with the solid color backgrounds seem to be the favorites right now. E94, E97, and E98 have all been doing very well on EBay lately. Demand must be pretty high on these, as even poorest examples have been getting plenty of attention from bidders.

Brian- ariev is a regular bidder so I think the card's a legit seller. Not sure about momoboy. Looks like the buyers just went a little whacky on this one. I wish they had gone similarly crazy on the E94 Moore I sold in the GAI holder. Sigh, you never know with ebay...

momoboy is not a caramel card collector. We all know the players. even the subsequent handles we all use. My wife pumped out a baby boy ( Elliot )on Saturday! you'll have some relief from me as I am too busy playing professional parent these days.
