Default Sheets for 1951 Bowman

Apologies in advance as I know this has probably been covered. Anyway, picked up 300 raw 1951 Bowman and looking to build / display a collector grade set.

Unfortunately, the mini sheets don’t work well and I am concerned about business card sheets and whether they have acid / PCV.

Probably overthinking this, but any suggestions?

Thanks,

Brian

I have consistently seen early bowmans placed into normal 9 pocket sheets. It leaves a small amount of room as empty space upon display; however, it works.

I concur with Sean; I have kept my 1951 Bowmans in regular 9-pocket sheets with no problem.

How so? I use Ultra Pro's 9 pocket mini card pages for 51 and 52 Bowmans- fit isn't exact, a little large, but fairly close... I don't find that the cards float within the pockets.

Anyone have a pic of this? 51/52 Bowman in a mini sheet?

You can use cardsavers and then insert them into 4 pocket pages. I do this for my type collection and it works great, just takes up more room in the binder. For me it makes it easy to pull a card from the sheet and scan it, look at it, etc.
