A lot of tell tales signs are there---1) 0 feedback 2)private auction 3) payment only through PayPal 4) a lot of high value auctions.

The scan on the '33 Ruth SK looks vaguely familiar.

If the guy has been in business in NJ since 1986, surely somebody must know him. Does anybody? He's got some nice cards, so it would be nice if he was legit.

The first iamge is of a 52 mantle. the second, of a whole bunch of cards--no 52 mantle.

What a moron, he even listed one ruth card as a 7 when the holder says 6. He probably stole the wrong picture. You would think he wouldn't use someone elses image while there auction was still running, a smart crook would wait a few months. You should inform ebay, they will make inquiries and the seller will probably cave. i've done it a few times and the auction has been ended in every case. good job elliot.

be well brian

Julie,
On the first auction with the 52 mantel, scroll down and look at the third image near the bottom of the screen.

It is the same as group image of 52 topps cards.

This guys trouble!!!

Trevor

The total of all of his auctions is $357,900, not bad for 7 days work.
