Default 1955 Armour Coins

Posted By: Leslie Westbrook

I recently acquired a 1955 Armour Coin Mickey Mantle (Mantel). However, the Ebay listing was bad in many ways--It said it was a NM lime green 1960 mantle and the picture was very blurry. What I actually got was a '55 "Mantel" and I'm not so sure it's lime green and it's definitely not NM, but it's still acceptable for the price.

Anyway, the question I have is about its true color. Could someone please post examples of the different shades of green '55 Armour Coins if you have them? I would appreciate it!

Below is a picture of mine. The dark specks are flecks of another color plastic, not dirt. I know that the coins with swirls of other colors carry a premium, what about flecks?
