Wow that’s pretty cool . I am sure there are not many out there . Who is going to be the toughest to find ? Most expensive ? My guess for most expensive is Clemente,

I can't recall seeing many signed 1964 Topps Standups. You're lucky they didn't put Ken Hubbs in the set — he's in the regular 1964 Topps set.

"Not sure why I do this to myself but here I am."

LOL...a feeling shared by many here from time to time, I'm sure.

Those are just terrific! They look great in a group like that. Well done and good luck finding the rest. I wish I could help but my modest bunch are unsigned.

Turk Farrell is considered the most elusive 1964 Topps Super autograph. I imagine an autographed stand-up would be non existent. I have seen an autographed Farrell 1964 Super show up at various Nationals (probably the same card) but seriously doubt the authenticity.

Mike,

That sure would be a fun side project. I figure you’d have the Kaline, but the others would be hard to come by I would think. I wouldn’t think a lot of collectors would get relatively hard to come by standups to get signed. I don’t see a Brooksie yet?!?

The Farrell and Clemente probably will be impossible. The Mantle and Koufax can be had albeit a little pricey. This project will likely never be complete but I will continue to look for opportunities to add them.

Mark: I was asleep at the wheel with Brooks but I will get him for sure at some point.

Please post any pictures that you all may have of any signed 64 Stand Ups.

There are currently only 43 PSA/DNA on the registry as of today.

Sorry no pics but I have Causey, Charles, Fregosi, held, Malzone, and Rollins. Also have Koufax (PSA) but that is NFS. Could probably be talked out of the others though. Always looking for signed 51 Topps Red Backs

Did a quick easy deal with BaseballCrazy62. I know this should be on BST but still have Causey, Rollins, and found Alvis as well if anyone if tackling the same project and needs them. Email is best at bkrumwede@comcast.net. Always looking for 51 Topps signed red backs!

A full set with 65 autographed cards was sold in an REA auction recently. Clemente was unsigned. Best of luck with the goal, it would be a helluva set!

I saw a Mantle on the boards here. It was signed on the back. Nice card but probably wouldn’t fit in to your set .

Quitcrab:I must have missed the Mantle on the boards here.

Mark: I didn’t take a picture of the Robinson before I dropped it off at the PSA booth. When I get it back I will put the picture up.

These are great! I will eventually add this set, unsigned though. I should have picked something smaller like this. Instead I chose my 1st childhood set: 75 Topps. Have about 110 now out of 660 but I'm sure I'll ever finish....

Careful, it might actually only be four. Whenever someone posts a Willie Mays autograph that looks like that (including me), a wave of people comes ashore saying, "That's his wife's signature via the mail, not Willie's!!"

Picked those up in the most recent auction from Clean Sweep. I have my fingers crossed on the Mays. I will be sending this lot out to Beckett get authenticated and will post the results.

I ran across this button on ebay and figured it is worth posting. Look at the facsimile autograph, and most especially the loopy initial letters and dotted i's. It looks very similar to your card and to so many old time TTM signatures that many 'experts' claim were signed by his wife. If it is her writing, then what did they do while creating this item, take a 'signature card' penned by Mrs. Mays and use it to produce the button?? I dunno.

Spelling "Yastrzemski" correctly without needing to look it up since the 1980s.
