Default T218 Jack Johnson side view Mecca back

Question here.... Should all the Johnson side view T218's with Mecca backs state on the lower left "Series #2 51 to 100" ??

Nope - the side view Mecca back will have any of three backs: Mecca, Mecca Series II and the Series logo. Adam Warshaw's book, America's Great Boxing Cards, has a great write up on T218s. I recommend you grab it for a cool reference an many issues.

The side view JJ card can be found in series 1 and series 2.
