Question about a past eBay item...

I saw this item on item and almost bid on it, but I know nothing about baseball in this area or of that team...

What are your opinions of this broadside? Authentic? Reproduction? Fake altogether (fantasy piece)?

If it is real I feel like I missed out on a pretty good deal...

Fake IMO also. Those kinda things pop up all over, and unless it was authenticated by a major dealer/auction house, Id be VERY leery.

That seller, WyomingAntiques, has had many of these. I've even some items of theirs, broadsides, taken down and then put back up months later. One was an Ebay violation. Not sure what it is with them, but I stay away. Too many red flags.

Save this seller to your favs and you'll see another Negro League broadside come up in a few months.

Most all Negro League items ie-broadsides, programs, etc listed on e-bay are either reprints or fakes. I would guess about 95% so a pretty safe bet to stay away from them almost all of the time.
