major scammer- I have a live one

I got a 2nd chance offer this evening on a card that a friend has in his possession already. Here is the guys information: Is there anything we can do? This is a 100% scam, I am postive. The board member friend and I spoke on the phone a little while ago and he has the card in hand.

As soon as this is done and confirmed by my bank i will proceed with the delivery to the adress indicated in your last email.
