You log in, go to your account, click on help (upper right), click on contact us on lower left of next page, click on "Customer service center" on next page (under "contact by phone) and you get the above. When they finish asking idiotic questions by automated voice, they will connect you to a live human being, who--with one excceotion-have always been able to asnswer my questions.
