Default Fishy Cobb BIN on the bay?

The same scans are used in two listings.

It was sold as a Best Offer on 9/1 for $875:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/260846342655

And just listed as a (three day) BIN for $850:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/200649958558

This doesn't make much sense... I've sent the seller a message.

Default Received a response back

He gave me a reasonable explanation with details about the need to sell even though he just bought it. Based on feedback I'd say that this is ok even though it appears strange at first glance.

Same here. I've bought cards that I ended up having to turn around and sell because something came up and I've had to list them at cheaper prices to get them sold asap. It sucks, but it happens sometimes (or in my case a lot)!
