Default August pick-ups

Not quite sure what these are or when they were issued. If anyone has any information on them, please feel free to post (I'm mostly looking for a date of issue and perhaps a checklist). 2nd scan features IBHOF'er Marcel Cerdan.

I'd say they're chocolate cards

I believe the Milliat Freres is a series of sweepstakes tickets set issued in France by a candy co. and that Lenglet is heavyweight Andre Lenglet. I have seen a Carpentier without the coupon from a different series. That's about all I know of it. French cards are challenging--rare but obscure. Here are the images I have of the Carpentier

Adam, I think I also saw a Carpentier "ticket" card.

(Here's a link to a partial (?) checklist of similar looking movie star cards...)

Default T218 set

Picked up a set missing just 3 cards. Not mint, but pretty nice.
