Thank you. Net54 members have been so much help I really appreciate it!

Thanks guys, I’m just gonna wait for the return and let it play out with eBay. Not much I can do. Just learn and move on.

You may want to video the box opening when your package arrives.

Alternatively:

If you're signing for it at the Post Office, perhaps you can have the Postmaster witness you opening the box. Tell him/her you suspect the sender may have sent you an empty package, or something with only packing material and no actual contents.

It becomes infinitely easier to pursue a remedy when the Post Office verifies the package was empty at the time of receipt.

Just "thinking out loud" here. Good luck with everything.

I just read the Blowout threads linked above. It's remarkable that this eBay user hasn't been banned from the site.

I added them to my blocked bidder list.

Also be sure to block the twin/shill account mentioned in that 2nd Blowout thread.

Well we Contacted ebay today and asked if we can close the return because it’s been almost a month and I haven’t received the cards. They agreed and said they will refund the buyer, no cost to me and close the return because the item is lost. USPS lost the return, no joke.

I'm happy to hear this is going through at no cost to you.

It will be interesting to see if these cards magically re-appear...in the near future...in the eBay store of that jerk you were dealing with.

So you aren't paying for the refund but you're still out the cards, right?

The whole series of events here stinks to high heaven. It almost sounds like this joker has someone on the inside at the USPS helping him...
