Default Excuse the short outage please

We forgot to pay the electric bill....we are back now as I did a paypal friends and family immediate payment ...sorry about that. We are checking to see the real cause but the main thing is we are back...

While i have you here....Here is a 1934 Quaker Oats Babe Ruth Ask Me set as a recent pick up. I always like getting the wrapper/envelope and any additional ancillary items.

Now, you need the Ruth 'Ask Me' pinback, Leon.

Not too terribly scarce, but a cool piece nonetheless.

It's all good, Leon. $h!t happens.

I only experienced a blackout for about an hour. All things considered, this is no big deal.

Best regards,

Eric

Looks like the clock is off. Somebody posted around 9:08 and it read 9:18. It's about ten minutes fast.

10 minutes? That used to be "Two beers and a J" These days I can barely type "Two beers and a J" in ten minutes.

Leon,

As often as I visit this site, I feel a bit obligated to make a donation to
help with the "electric bill." I'd be happy to send you a "donation" to
your PayPal account, if you'd kindly send me/post it. Thanks for all you
do to make this site operate as well as it does!

Leon,
Very neat piece and I have had these 2 pieces for many years. 1 the Babe Ruth pictured pin Ask Me is not super rare but was reproed. The real ones have a gray cardboard back with a safety type pin.The other I have only seen a few times. Dont know which one went with the envelope but I would assume it was the Babe Ruth Pictured pin. Nice pick up!

We should be good on the time now. I had already used it one time for something and was off by about 10 minutes
