Nice cards, fellas.

Underrated? Perhaps.

I think his cards are on par with his offensive numbers, but a slight bump because of his popularity.

Frank Robinson, on the other hand, has underrated material.

Default Brooks Robinson

Brooks is underrated except for the individuals who saw him play regularly. Also, even though underrated I still get outbid on his stuff most of the time...

I know Rawlings didn't think he was underrated.

Al,

I'm really not sure, but believe it's mid '60's. If I were to guess I think it is 1964 since the photo is from the same photo shoot for the Rawlings glove box and advisory type photos. You can tell the photo's are a bit different than the advertising poster. There is also a Mantle Rawlings poster (which is faked so be careful) which has a similar setup as the Brooks.

There's another Brooks Rawlings advertising poster that I believe is a bit earlier as well which is about the same size of poster using a different pose.

Brooks Robinson is one of those defensive wonders that fades from the spotlight as those who recall seeing him play dwindle in numbers . Offensive wonders have a laundry list of stats that live forever. Brooks has his insane fielding % that gets undervalued .
