Yes, although it is in rough shape. It belonged to my brother from when he was a kid. It now resides in our safety deposit box.

Why is this one so rare? I thought it was specifically offered on the wrappers of the 63 Topps cards. Even if it was only offered on the high number packages, you'd still think quite a few kids would have ordered them. It doesn't seem like it should be any rarer than other mail away premiums like the R309-1 Goudeys.

i have never seen the 63 wrapper that advertises the mask
iam very skeptical that it exists
dont know where scd book got that information
but if anyone has the wraopper with mask offer
i will pay just for a scan of it

I think it may have been a Bazooka comic premium. Gotta check but I believe that is the case.

I just found a reference in a Mr. Mint auction from 3/1/96 indicating the ad appeared on high number wax wrapper in 1963. Take that with a grain of salt but the Mintman did know a little bit about the product he auctioned.
