Academy of Manuscript and Autograph-Can anyone speak to their reputation???

recently came across an auto that had their cert... never heard of them before, but they do a good job of marketing their evaluaiton methodology on their site... Anyhow, just curious as to whether or not anyone on the board has experience with them Thanks! Dave

I've never heard of the company but there should be real persons names associated with it, run the names by some of the people on this board and you'll have your answer.

I've contacted AMA numerous times in the past about some of the autographs they've certed. I also emailed them today about the Matty that is on Ebay.
The AMA certed autographs that I have seen on Ebay usually get removed.
