i am not bidding, haven't bought one in well over 4 years,

but do recognize "2" of those sales and that only 1 was legit for some odd reason.

Our high bidder is no stranger to retractions.

Does ebay still show retractions on live auctions? Have there been any in this auction?

That is a good question. For some reason I thought I read that once but you may recall when the Mantle 1952 Topps was auctioned off by PWCC there was a bidder that had quite the shady history and I am almost positive I found three auctions where his retraction was shown at the bottom.

Perhaps someone else can chime in. From what I see at this time there have been none.

With the rose 9 currently at $135k, the only rose 10 coming to auction in heritage this summer gonna sell for a ridiculous amount.

I wonder if the consignor of the 10 is involved in this bidding.

Is the s****n an accurate portrayal of the bidder's name? I've never checked, but I go by dnightmancometh, so if I bid will it show up as d***h, or will it be random?

Folks that have a lot of money didn't get that way bidding 5x more than average price for ANY product. Stay away from these auctions if you have any common sense; the day or reckoning will come.

I've been looking for a nice example of this card for some time now. It looks like it's coming back to reality. I'm just wondering what happened to make the price go through the roof?
