Default Food Cards...

Let's show any cards that were issued with food products. Candy, potato chips, meat products, bread and soft drinks. Let's exclude tobacco and gum cards.

While I have a complete 1972 Kellogg's set (I was born in '72), I am more curious as to why food issues seem to not really exist anymore...or maybe they just aren't as common in the Northeast. I am thinking that the players association and MLB have basically pushed out most companies from using baseball cards as a means of advertising. Seems like all the one's I grew up with (Kelloggs, Jiffy Pop, Kraft, etc.) don't do it anymore...not even Cracker Jack! I fear the answer boils down to money...any other thoughts?

Default Good Thread...

Good Thread, as it has exposed my lack of non Tobacco/Gum cards. I think this is my only card that fits your thread's description : (Time to diversify!)

I wish that everyone would also show the backs of their cards (where there are food ads on the backs).
