Default t206 "Wear" question

Posted By: runscott

Does anyone have any theories as to how a 97-year old card could have such sharp corners at the top, and be so worn at the bottom? Thanks

Default t206 "Wear" question

Posted By: Brian Weisner

Hi Scott,
I've got to agree with David, the top border looks a little wavy ( like the potatoe chips) across the top. Of course the pink background(light blue works better) is a little tough on my eyes, so I can't be sure. I can say that I've handled thousands of T206's and don't remember seeing one with this kind of uneven wear.
Be well Brian
