Actually pretty nice. Not the jersey's. It is pretty impressive. You have to see it. I just got mine today so maybe people have not gotten there's yet. Just alittle much I think.

Hilarious!

Just got home and saw the catalog...there are pictures of hot babes in
Penthouse-like outdoor settings wearing items featured in the auction such
as a fabulous 1970 Johnny Unitas jersey. There's lots of flesh,
but the pics are really not all that racy by today's standards...just distasteful.

But the best photo of the session shows one of the gals wearing a jersey worn by the tragic Colt 45s pitcher Jim Umbricht--his number 32 was the first # retired by Houston following his cancer death in 1964. The 1963 jersey has the number removed, but YOU WON'T CARE BECAUSE THIS TOP WAS WORN BY A HOT BABE!

Beyond pathetic...these guys must really take their clientele for a bunch of asshats. God help us!

I love scantily clad hot chicks as much as the next guy, but they do seem totally out of place in a hobby catalog. I would think their presence in the catalog turns off at least as many potential bidders/consignors as it attracts.

I haven't seen the catalog, so just a hypothetical question, I guess.

What happens if some of the "hot" babes have medical issues and those, uh, issues infect or stain the jersyes or other clothes they are modeling??

David

Ok....you win an auction for the jersey of one of your favorite players through American Memorabilia. Your wife comes home and sees you showing more affection for your jersey than her so she comes over to check it out. You hand it to her and she smells loads of cheap perfume and sees some makeup on it. Now...try to explain that one.

Their company is in Vegas I think so it was probably cheaper to get those girls for an hour than anyone else.
