Default info needed on billiken cinnacanti red legs premium

I collect billiken cuban baseball
I have found billiken movie cards.
does anyone have info on this billiken
cinnancati red legs 1928 card.
someone told me there are billiken baseball cards
of some american players not issued in the standard
60 billiken cuban set .

not really sure.
someone told that they seen a billiken luque premium
and i started checking and saw this one auctioned
in hakes few years ago. this one has luque in team picture
but heard there was one of him alone and billiken cards of
american players.

I was going to question the spelling in the title of this thread, but decided to google cinnacanti first and bingo,

I was taken to the "Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act" website that I was unable to read.

I was also taken to this thread not surprisingly.

My next search on professional baseball in rural India could be helpful.
