Default Value question installment 1

Again, sorry to be so crass, but a longtime friend and former business partner passed away and I am going to try to liquidate a lot of his stuff. The cards I largely have down cold. There are a lot of autographed balls, but those are pretty easy to find a value. The weird stuff is were I need a little help. Here's this week's installment.

Looks like some sort of game made of tin.

An older game. The two word spelling of base ball would indicate first decade or so of the century. Has nails and pins...looks like a marble shooter type game.

A radio promo listing Babe Ruths 54 homers.

Sorry for the bad photo. I have seen these listed before and as I recall they are quite scarce and expensive. Yellow basebaths. 1950s era.

Thanks

Duh..once i typed yellow basepaths...well, I rememebered what they were. This is the odd part though. These do no have pins but these strange plastic attachers. Could be rubber. No doubt original.

One other thing...he has dozens of baseball books. What would you do with those bad boys?

The tin baseball game is pretty common; usually found for $50-$100 based on condition. The Babe Ruth "photo" was issued in 1947 to support the Dupont Cavalcade of America radio show...it's listed in the 2010 Standard Catalog as $150 - $250 - $500 for VG - EXC - NM.
