Default Strasburg

I hope the kid is OK. Pitchers are fragile. Be careful investing in one of the $10,000 Card#1 autographes holgram refractor reflector limited collectors items.

If I ever consider spending $10,000 on a card of any modern player, please, someone shoot me.

that card better me made of gold.
Pitchers are a dime a dozen these days, a revolving door.
Take for instance Roger Clemens..before the scandal
He was a pitcher, a very good one..no way worth 10K on a card.
If your willing to spend that..i think i can dig up a Tom Glavine or a Greg Maddux

Default I was wraion-it was $17,000

"The premiere Stephen Strasburg card from 2010 Bowman — his 1/1 Red autograph — sold for $17,000 (not including any additional fees) after 10 bids Wednesday evening in an auction that ran for a good portion of this month with Huggins and Scott." (From an old Beckett article).

April 19, 2013: Nationals v. Mets, Strasburg v. Matt Harvey, Citi Field, New York. Notable moment: Mets fans chanting "Harvey's better!" after Strasburg gave up a home run to Lucas Duda, effectively ending his night after six innings and five hits.
