Just picked up this great Barnstormer sheet from a member. Love the history of this piece and that it contains Lefty O'Doul and a new addition to my HOF collection, Harry Heilmann.

Nice pickup, I always loved Heilmann's autograph (I assume he is new and not Lefty).

I had to save up for this one since you never see them surface. It is a definite keeper for the HOF collection.

Amazing Nichols!! Love the content, it's hard to even imagine that a 20-game winner could not even hold their job. Just goes to show how much the game has changed. Great piece.

Default Slabbed for protection...

Went to White Plains and had SGC slab these two for me...I KNOW they are real but had them slabbed to offer protection and assist in tracking for insurance purposes...

[QUOTE=earlywynnfan;1232386]4 bucks for a Nixon auto?? WOW!

The seller was selling it as a "fascimile" thinking it was stamped on, seems to sell alot of postcards and I dont think he knew what he had. Same photo appears on alot of early Richard Nixon campaign pins.

I agree, I was thinking the exact same thing.

Johnson's sig sure evolved quite a bit through his career, BTW...
Here is his signature from about 4 years ago on a ticket to his perfect game against the Braves in 2004.
