It looks like that woman who painted over a portrait of Jesus a few years ago has begun "restoring" T206s.

Regardless of what caused it, $10k seems a bit steep to me.

It looks as if a blank ink pass was weak. It's there but light.

Kind of funny how what would ordinarily be called a defect can get a premium with T206s. Not to suggest that some of those ghost prints aren't cool, and it is nice to see T206 collectors so interested in how they were printed.

I thought the price was steep too..

until I saw the description mention "A really fascinating little freak of a card"...
is that the same thing as being a freak in the sheets??
