Default T206 Hemphill Missing Half "H" and "E" Proof Multi Ad Print

Hello All,

I have been looking for this error for ten plus years....I have tracked down four ,and I purchased them....the first one I acquired ten plus years ago for $150.00....

Check out the caption....Missing half of the "H" and "E" in HEMPHILL....something prob effected the stone/got in the way/ wore out/ to produce this...

found with various backs.....


ANYMORE OUT THERE????????????????

That is strange that multiple backs have it, yet they are so hard to find. I've seen them in person, they do look legit, all have the same missing part so it would be hard to replicate that on multiple cards. I know there are some other examples out there, who has one and if so, what back?

I haven't seen one other than the ones you posted Johnny, but you may have dried up the supply Cool cards, especially having the same caption error with different backs. Makes me wonder about the print runs again

I'll be keeping an eye out though......

truly you are one of the best guys in our hobby.....the next one I find is yours, but I haven't seen on in 4 years so far....
