WillowGrove, It's a RPPC and it's the only one I've seen. I have seen other PC's from another exhibition game w/ Johnson and Cheney at the Coffeyville Museum.

Sure did....my last 5-cent wax pack, with 4 other Hi # cards in the Fall of '52.

I just posted that silly comment, since nowadays it's unheard of to own such a card in it's original free form.

It was my last pack because I kept buying 1952 Topps packs until I found a Mantle.

Here's a cool Trivia quiz for you....what significance does the # of Mantle's card have ?

Mantle batted .311 in 1952, same as the card number. You can look it up.

Hi Jonathan. Yes, that was me that won the REA TT Speaker. Thank you for the congrats. Funny thing is, this is the most I have paid for a single card and it is graded "poor". But I don't care as I love the card and as you can probably tell, I am not a set registry collector :).
