John, so are you trying to tell us that you have a 'Griffith batting' available for trade?

Nice little pick-up

wonkaticket 05-04-2012 12:49 PM

It's a shame Heritage didn't do a nice T206 book like Legendary and Goodwin did - would have been a nice coffee table addition for you.

What a beautiful set John! Congrats.

518, which two are missing as it only mentions Plank and Magie?

oldjudge 05-04-2012 07:32 PM

John-Great images on those Old Judges. Are you starting to work on the set?

wonkaticket 05-04-2012 08:27 PM

Jay, not that crazy yet. Besides you have them all anyways. :)

I'm picking up nice examples where I can my plan is to get 50-100 that have really good images. But as you know they are just tough to find with good images.

Cheers,

John

I'm excited to show off one of my few purchases the last five months. Now that it is part of my collection, I have been think about this card on the ride to work, ride from work and during most meetings. :).

Reviewed the older threads on this trade card - my goal is to find out when and who took this photo and when it began to be distributed. Correct me if I'm wrong but I think those questions have yet to answered?

Have a great May guys. happy Collecting.

Received this cool T202 today from Cy. Thanks again Cy!

I sold off the only 4 T202s I ever owned back in 2005.

One of them had the same interesting stamping as this card on the back side.

Gotta love it when a seller requires immediate payment on a Buy It Now and then waits a full week to mail the card (and only mails it out then in response to an email asking if he's mailed it out yet). One of the two toughies of 1911 Obak set out of the way. Ten Million, where art thou?

Jantz 05-11-2012 11:27 AM

One more for the set.
