I remember back in 1966 the local Woolworth's in Hannibal, Mo. had a sheet of 1966 Topps Baseball and the old gal who worked there would cut out the one's you wanted.
I still have the Mantle but she didn't care much about cutting the lines straight.

It's telling that young Jimmy has a helluva lot more of the semi-high numbers (including a Mantle) than the high numbers...but at least the high packs made it to his part of the country, which is nice!!!
