Jay, I collect only N172 Old Judge cards that show players as playing for Washington, and I'm striving to obtain one card of every such player (I also include 2-player cards). Here are the players I am looking for together with the pose #s known for Washington - any condition works, so long as the player's image is half-decent:
Individual player cards: #114-2 Tom Daly. #244-4 Arthur "Cutrate" Irwin. #329-4 John Morrill. #506-1, 2, & 4 Sam "Medoc" Wise. 2-player cards: #180-5 Gardner & Murray. #350-6 O'Brien & Irwin. |
August bump
It’s been a while since I bumped this thread so I am doing that now. Still cards available to fill those hard to fill collection holes. Also happy to help those looking for information about the set.
I'm looking to get a few cheaper ones for my collection. Please let me know if you have any for sale?

I have most of the Cincinnati players. Please drop me an email at oldjudge@gmail.com with what you are looking for and I’ll send images and prices. Please be as specific as you can—thanks!

Happy holidays to all my fellow 19th century collectors.

Happy long weekend bump!

Looks like the market on these has dried up quite a bit

Bump
Harry Wright, any grade
Thanks! |
It's been a while do I thought I'd bump this thread. Lots of interest of late which is a positive for 19th century cards.
If you need it there is a decent chance that I have it. Email me at oldjudge@gmail.com and find out.

It's been a while so let me bump this. Presidential namesakes available including Cleveland, Johnson and Kennedy. 🤣
N173 hof?
Nothing now, but I'll post if something becomes available.
Looks like it's about time for a bump.
Hey Jay -- how about an N162 Glasscock?
Email sent!
Buck Ewing or Ed Delahanty N173?? :)
I know I do not have Delahanty available, but I may have a Ewing. If so I will post an image.
Sweet! Thx Jay!!
Hi Jay, as always, I'm looking for a Ned Williamson in Top Hat. Have you ever seen one, other than the one in your set?
Sean-that is the only one I recall seeing, and that is a PL card. There have to be more though because all PL cards are just adjusted 1889 cards. Certainly a rare pose though.
Definitely not a 1 of 1. I have an 1888 version.
Hi Bob! Thanks for adding that. I'm sure I saw yours but didn't remember.
Bump
Looks like time for a bump
Big vouch for Jay, he’s helped me land a couple of great Old Judges.
