Thanks Batter67up! I was thinking of the very similar 4-in-1 pictured in "Most Valuable Baseball Cards", which is different from the card shown above.

Yes,

I have the card pictured in the Most Valuable Cards Book. It has Ruth, Johnson, Sisler, and Coveleski on it. Even with the book I am having trouble getting SGC or PSA to authenticate it because they seem to need more documentation on the cards. Anymore information anyone gets on these cards, I would love to see it
