Started a new set with these two beauties...

Arrived today. When I first started collecting cards as a kid, I hated this set. But it’s been slowly growing on me ever since. Some of the photos are gems. Given what was considered an action shot back then, I think this one qualifies as well:

Great card. As a Killer collector, I like the 73 quite a bit because it features his classic batting stance. His 74 Topps is a good example as well. I've always said that they ought to call him "The Logo" like Jerry West is to the NBA. But I'm not sure if MLB even officially acknowledges that their logo is inspired by him, even though it clearly is.
