I use to see the blue one every now and then, but lately I’ve only seen the red one.

I think it was more of a hypothetical question posed on the cover. Clemente hit .345 in 1969 and would end up batting .352 in 1970 so he still had it in him. Maybe it's in reference to his nagging injuries but truth be told, I didn't read the article:(
