Interesting. I did not think facsimile. You are probably right, the team issue did not register in my brain, when reading the description. Not knowing the market/price for a Hegan signature, I thought under $20 was low but not way out of line. It is Hegan and not Mantle (although Hegan was a solid player). I assume there is no shortage of Hegan signatures out there. Since the photograph is a team issued, with facsimile, I would expect to see more of this exact photograph for sale, yes? I did a quick search and found no other photograph of this type. |
