I thought it may say 'Dissinger'. I found this in Baseball Reference:

LeRoy Dissinger
Bats: Unknown • Throws: Unknown

Full Name: LeRoy Dissinger

There are several LeRoy Dissingers who would fit the dates: from Wisconsin (1915-1979), from Pennsylvania (1913-1979)
