Arozarena steal of home

God damm. That was a thing of beauty. Somewhere Jackie nodding his head thinking, “yep, that’s how its done”.
What a play.
Has there been a more exciting play in last 25 years. I seriously doubt it.

Tremendous!!!!

Yes but at the same time what an awful, slow, laborious pitching motion. The play wasn't even close LOL.

If you don't think Arozarena is fun to watch (at least in the post season), go out and watch the grass grow.

Watching Taylor between pitches is worse than watching the grass.

The implication that Taylor actually watches the grass grow between pitches should be obvious.

I don't think it's the same level, but the Cardinals interference call at third base that automatically scored the run was an exciting play because of its confusion.

Very happy Arozarena was willing to exploit a stupid defensive shift with a runner on 3rd. I couldn't believe they would continue the shift. I have to hope that was a GM decision. One would think the Mgr would realize that as stupid. They were begging Arozarena to steal with poor defense and pitcher who doesn't have a slide step approach.

The evolution of pitching deliveries is a main (if not the main) reason 90% of career steal of home leaders are prewar players and 100% are pre-21st century.
