Any body know who this is? All I know is it isn't who the seller says it is.

Not that it will help, the seller says it is Wade Boggs. Maybe after his famous 64 beer cross country flight.

No way, however Boggs is actually pretty responsive on Twitter if you tweet this at him.

I don't tweet. I do have a lot of Boggs autos and that is 100% not his. Thought it was funny someone on eBay says it is his.

That's former catcher Mike DeFelice. I have no idea how anyone could ever seriously think that is signed by Boggs.
