last hint:

This guy accomplished his feat splitting time between two teams.

clydepepper 09-20-2023 12:17 PM

The last guy, who had 58 doubles one season, did so while playing for two different clubs- 37 for one, 21 for the other. He hit another homerun about an hour ago in a afternoon road game.

Anyone?

Actually, he hit another one after my last post.

Nick is the word!

Braves suxed today.

what a change one day makes:

Tuesday: Won 9-3
Hitters had 6 Walks and 5 Strikeouts ; Pitchers had 0 Walks and 14 Strikeouts.

Wednesday: Lost 5-6
Hitters had 1 Walk and 13 Strikeouts ; Pitchers had 10 Walks and 3 Strikeouts.

They are now 9-10 in September. I'll be very surprised if they win it all.
