Baseball player dinner bell

Has anyone seen one of these before? I picked it up a local auction today. It was thrown in a box lot. It is just under 6" tall and is silver plated. The uniform is of a 19th century style.

I have a catcher, but mine is bronze and doesn't look as old as yours. Nice piece:)
