More EBAY NONSENSE. Can I opt out of receiving offers from sellers !?!

I keep receiving offers for items I'm not even watching! I'm getting offers for items I may have just looked at briefly. This is insane.

You can only turn them off by opting out of every eBay advertising email, including the ones to receive eBay Bucks discount promos and coupons. I think it's all or nothing.
