Reminds me of an autographed John F. Kennedy Life magazine from 1965, also on Ebay.

Assuming the linked auction below is what you are referring to, they are not selling it as signed though. They have two other cards listed, both very common "junk" cards. This may just be someone trying to get a few bucks for a few loose cards they happen to have for some reason.

Edit: It is shown as autographed, but it is not noted in the title or description. it appears they checked the "autographed" box in the detailed description area. Personally, i don't feel like this is intent to deceive.

I mean anyone thinking they will get someone to fork over close to $8 to have this card delivered to them is clearly not familiar with cards.
